February Favorites

Another month, another favorites. This month does not include many products as I apparently wasn’t feeling too adventurous. But the ones that I did try throughout the month had easily become staples in my collection.img_1859

Starting out with the biggest game changer in my eyes the Stila Magnificent Metals Glitter & Glow Liquid Eye Shadow. Let me just say these are the most gorgeous, pigmented, easy to work with eye shadows. Once my collection grows I do want to do a whole blog post dedicated to them. I have nothing but good things to say about this product. Definitely one that everyone should have.

Staying with the eyes Ardell lashes have been a staple all month. They are easy to apply and so affordable. Give them a try if you are looking for a new pair!img_1867-e1488494742351.jpg

Going onto the face I finally decided to try the Tarte drink of H2O hydration boost. I tried it on it’s own which didn’t feel to do much for my skin, so I mixed it together with my current moisturizer and fell in love. Like it says in the name it added a boost to my skin that it needs. Plus it smells so refreshing so I don’t mind being a little extra with my moisturizer. I also tried the Make Up Forever Ultra HD Foundation Stick and let me just say it is goregous. It is full coverage but still gives a glow. I don’t see myself drifting away from this one for a while. IMG_1895.jpg

I usually use a beauty blender to apply my foundation but lately I’ve been loving using the Real Techniques Sculpting Brush to blend out my foundation and then going over it with the beauty blender. It provides a better coverage and finish on my skin. I love it.

Brows are another big part of anyones beauty routine. I really wanted to try something new and the Benefit Ka-Brow was a good pick. Its so easy to use and gives either a natural or bold looking brow.

My highlighter collection is growing and this one by Becca is so gorgeous. Its a beautiful lavender color and gives such a pretty glow to the cheek bones. The name alone could have sold me, Prismatic Amethyst. Breathtaking.

I even have a coat that I have basically worn throughout the month of February. It has kept me warm while still looking cute.

It’s from H&M and well loved. It is also very flattering on, furry on the inside, has pockets…whats not to love!

That’s everything I have been loving this month, I hope it inspires you to try new things!
